Refund policy

Returns
We generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for our products. However, if you have an issue with one of our products, please let us know.

No refunds will be given for any downloaded products including but not limited to Camp Confetti, Twirl to Go, Vibrant Virtual Dance Parties and Confetti Courses.

To be considered for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your pre-approved return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within approximately 10 business days. We cannot guarantee timing of when your credit card will show the refund, only the timing in which we process it from our end.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at funbegins@confettionthedancefloor.com and send your item to: 3980 Shallowford Road, Marietta GA 30062, United States.

Shipping
Most items are final sale and not able to be returned unless defective. Please email funbegins@confettionthedancefloor.com to find out if the item you are interested in purchasing is able to be returned. If an item is approved to be returned, the shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
